ABB’s partnership with Formula E

I am proud to confirm that ABB, the title partner of the Formula E Championship has selected me to be their driver ambassador. Based in Zurich, ABB is a pioneering technology leader in the fourth industrial revolution where it serves customers in utilities, industry and transport and infrastructure globally.

ABB’s partnership with Formula E reflects the entire e-mobility value chain – from renewable energy and sustainable power generation, to smart transmission and distribution networks, to cloud-connected, fast-charging stations and other e-mobility access points such as smart buildings, smart factories and even smart cities. As a Swiss driver, I am obviously honoured to represent such a prestigious Swiss company, and naturally I am looking forward to racing in the Zurich ePrix, on June 10th.

That will be a historic event, as no motor-race has been held in Switzerland for more than 60 years. That day, I will be proud to wear the Swiss national flag and to represent the famous three red letters of ABB.
